Am I jealous of this girl?

There's girl that sit behind my bestest friend in the whole world in World Geo They are always giggling and telling eachother secrets and in World Geo my friend Michaela is always ignoring me during that period. Sometimes she won't even look at me during World Geo. Am I jealous? If so, how do I deal with it?
