Is it injustice on us?

we 13 students out of 24 were declared failed in VIVa examination ie. our individual project,field visits and group project by 1 to 5 marks without giving any suggestion, information ,chance for improvement.The examination was conducted by ALL INDIA INSTITUTE OF LOCAL SELF GOVT. at NAVI MUMBAI on 1st Aug. 2010.If your are feeling it is injustice on us please mail to dgaiilsg@gmail.com to open our case and give us justice.
