Is Old Yuan From China and Japan From the 30's and 40's Worth anything?

Go to ebay, click on "advanced search", then enter in whatever year and type of yuan it is, and checkmark "completed listings only". This will show you what prices they are selling at, since they are only worth what someone is willing to pay for them. I just searched for "1935 yuan" for example. I see some going for $27, I see some going for $5. All depends on what exact coin or bill it is.
