Culturally speaking: What in the world would posess a male teenager to bust a sag with skinny jeans?

OMG I know what you mean. Currently I live less than a block from a high school. The few times my fiance and I have been home when school is out, we see this quite often. It is so freaking hilarious! I don't think skinny jeans on guys are cute, but sagging them on top of that is ridiculous!
