Bleeding, Previa, Positive triple screen=Stress?

This is my 3rd pregnancy and i'm 20 weeks in. This has by far been my most stressfull pregnancy. First they couldn't find the baby anymore at my 12 weeks ultrasound, a week later he was there and everything was fine. Almost 2 weeks ago I started bleeding, I mean gushing blood. Went to the ER and was admitted, my Dr couldn't said my cervix was closed and it was probably coming from my placenta, and it was no longer active bleeding, so i was sent home and told to come back the next day for an ultrasound. Of course, im still freaking out, b/c he didnt really tell me anything. The next morning I started bleeding again, went to the office and saw the head Dr who immediatly saw i had a complete placenta previa and put me on bed rest for the next 6 weeks. I was told to come in if I had anymore heavy spotting or bleeding, so Monday i was bleeding again and went in. The Dr who saw me at the Er the week before was, unfortunatly, the only one there. He basically yelled at me for coming in b/c I wasnt soaking a pad/hour and said the baby looked perfect on the US and sometimes bigger gals (I'm 240) just bleed and he didn't see a previa, only a low lying placenta. i think he's a jack and I really hope i don't have to see him again. I've been spotting a little everyday since then. Anyway, he called me yesterday and said I had a positive result for Spina bifida in my triple screen and he wanted to set up an ultrasound and amnio at another hospital within the week. So, im crying and freaking out then he goes on to say women who are obese have a higher rate for spina bifida, but it could also be a false positive. Has anyone else had anything like this? Thanks for letting me vent.
