Huge zit, and little time!?

I recently got a huge red zit on the right cheek. How can i quickly and efficiently get rid of it? Also, i don't have zits on my forehead but i have little bump like things that appear to be acne, how can i get rid of those. Also, on my chin, and sides of my nose, i have red splotchy areas, help!
