Are 03/04 SVT Cobra Mustangs hard to handle?

All my friends tell me not to get one because I won't be able to handle it.. I'm a normal sized 16 year old looking for a car. Are they hard to handle and drive? Also do they slide out easily in sunny/dry weather? Thanks
