R/S friends, give me a guess; how long will it take for the issue of gay marriage to get to the Supreme Court.?

My guess is about 2 years. Based on new appointments to the Supreme court after about 3 Justices retiring/resigning due to health problems. I know we are losing a few who are already liberal, but I am factoring in the "new blood" syndrome that affects any judicial organization.
