What's the best hairstyle for Asian Guy like me?

My hair is too long to use wax for spikes. My hair is also very thick but not curly. I see that modern asian guys that looks cool are those with fringe and cover their forehead(eg: Jay Chou, Rain, etc) but according to chinese face-reading, man's shouldn't completely cover their forehead. Any opinion ??
